Stock Status/Price Changes

The Stock Status screen is accessed by hitting the Stock Status button on the Product, Purchase Order, Receiving, or Transfer screens. This feature allows you to immediately display, in a matrix format, your current On Hand, On Order, Model Stock, and Sold to Date quantities. With the Stock Status feature, you always have access to the information you need when you need it.

The Price Change screen allows you to create markdowns. Items can be searched by various criteria. Prices can then be manually entered, or the % Price Calculation can be selected. The % Price Calculation allows all prices to be adjusted up or down by a given percentage. (These prices can be overridden by simply typing over them in the grid.)

Store Stock Management allows for efficient entry of model stock levels. It uses the same concept explained in the P.O. Sizes screen for automatically selecting the most efficient method of laying out the grid,size,sub-size,and colors. In the future, additional inventory criteria will be available to be entered from this very efficient screen.
